What is a retainer package?
BOSS finds long-term partnering relationships to be the most beneficial for our clients. Not only are they the most cost-effective method of employing our services, but they allow us to provide the highest level of support. Through long-term partnering, we develop a thorough understanding of your business and your work style. In this type relationship we are better able to anticipate your needs, collaborate on projects and help you reach your business goals.
To serve our clients BOSS offers a range of flexible discounted retainer plans. When you purchase a monthly retainer plan, we offer you reduced rates. The more hours you purchase, the greater your savings. In order to receive the retainer plan discount, a minimum of a two (2) month contract, payable in two (2) equal monthly installments, is required. Payment of first installment is due on the 1st of the month in which services begin. Second installment to be paid at the mid-point of exhustion of hours (Bronze, 2.5; Silver, 5...).
