BOSS uses Industry Production Standards (IPS) guidelines, published by the Association of Business Support Services International (ABSSI) and Executive Suite Association, as a factor in calculating charges for our services. IPS guidelines are based on average time required to perform specific duties by an office support professional with average proficiency and calculated uniformly in 6-minute increments.
