When will I receive my project and is there an extra cost for rush jobs?
In most cases, turnaround time is 24 hours. Same day service is considered RUSH. Extra fees are billed for rush jobs, same day service and after hour service.
Business hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. CST; Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST and Sunday (by appointment only). Please call to set up an appointment.
Express Service/Rush Jobs:
üLess than 8 hours ..................................... 30%
üLess than 4 hours ..................................... 50%
üLess than 1 hour ..................................... 75%
üOutside regular business hours .................... 100%
